Everyone is different so you may wish to have sessions close together or further apart.
Generally, to start with a session a week is ideal, giving you a chance to think about yourself, absorb and take action between sessions. For longer term coaching a session once a fortnight or even once a month may work well. We can discuss what’s best for you and make a plan together.
- I understand how life can be busy so I offer the flexibility of a limited number of evening and weekend session slots, but as these tend to go quickly I recommend booking in early.
- I work with clients online via video call. In-person sessions may be an option if you live locally to me.
- I can work internationally across most time zones.
